INNOVATION AMERICA: INVESTING IN INNOVATION (2007)
This report examines Research and Development Funds in 50 states, asking key questions on policy and economic context; structure, funding and administration of R&D funds; states role and types of guidance that could be offered to Governors on how much to invest in these funds.

BAY AREA ECONOMIC FORUM (2007)
This multi-part guidebook will include text, figures, links to other resources, worksheets and a support CD that together creates an interactive experience for the user. Users learn about innovation-driven economic development and then create a customized individual, organizational, or collaborative plan for supporting innovation in their region.

SAN DIEGO PARTNERSHIP FOR THE GLOBAL ECONOMY (2007)
A roadmap will drive economic development and competitiveness strategies in the San Diego region. The report will map the region's economy; evaluates opportunities, strengths and challenges; and make recommendations on economic development strategies to foster continued growth. The Partnership will also launch breakthrough strategies and initiatives in global competitiveness, technology convergence and workforce development.

SONOMA INNOVATION COUNCIL (2008)
The Council will develop and launch an innovation-driven development strategy for Sonoma County, California.
