CIVIC ENTREPRENEURS

Civic entrepreneurs are leaders who bring the same passion and persistence to community problem-solving that business entrepreneurs bring to building new ventures. They are able to work across boundaries, build coalitions for action, and get results that bolster the economic vitality and quality of life of their communities, regions, and states. The founders of Collaborative Economics have more than 25 years experience working with civic entrepreneurs across more than 35 states and 10 countries, and have published two books documenting the work of these special kind of leaders.
