INNOVATE 2 INNOVATION: AN ASSESSMENT OF CALIFORNIA'S INNNOVATION ECOSYSTEM- Phase I1 Recommendations (2011)
Global innovation leaders can never let up. California needs once again to take action because it is facing unprecedented challenges from other states and countries. This assessment of California’s innovation ecosystem by the California Council on Science and Technology (CCST) requested by a bipartisan group of legislators provides a timely reminder that we need to monitor our progress and continue to do what we do best: “innovate our way to innovation”.
